I look horrible here…LOL! Wore this at the biggest fiesta here in the Philippienes, SINULOG Festival. Rain was really unpredictable but nobody can stop our devotion to Sr. Sto. Niño.. not even the heaviest downpour.. This is what we call FAITH… :-)
